I miss the 80’s too. I loved hair bands. I got them all right too.

I feel old. The hair bands I loved are all doing the casino circuit now (hey, it’s more intimate than the giant arenas, right?). 🙂

My hair dresser told me big hair is back, but appraently I am the only one in town who knows it. When I try, I can put Bon Jovi’s 1987 hair to shame and then some. I don’t try often, but I’m got my Stiff Stuff ready just in case.

Hair bands were too hardcore for me (hey, I was a kid during the 80’s) so I went more for the Bangles. My cousin and I used to put on the tapes and set up kitchen stools as a drum set, and put on lip-syncing shows. Everything else I know about the 80’s, I got from Molly Ringwald movies.
