Okay. For a brief moment, I was happy. Elated, even!
I knew Gary would find the immunity idol that stupid-ass Dudd said was on the ground. Earth to Dudd, when you are the only one with the hint to where the idol is located and that hint says something about being in the trees, you don’t tell the team the exact opposite. You try to throw them off by saying something like, “It’s in a log.” or “Near water.” or “Rocks.” Not, “It’s on the ground.” Because, where are they gonna look? In the trees.
And word to the wise, when you’re looking for the idol, you should remember that others are watching you…and try to fake them out.
Oh, and if the idol is in the trees, remember that you have a guy who is probably a good foot taller than you and has a distinct advantage of finding the idol hidden in the trees.
dumbass.
But, I digress.
They were gonna vote Gary off and I really didn’t want that to happen. I wanted Steph to go. She needs to go. She’s a cold liar. They all are at one point or another, I know that. But I don’t like the way she does it. I dunno. I was all on the Steph bandwagon until last week.
Now? eh, not so much.
So, here we are, at tribal council. Jamie won a much needed immunity. He did come up a few notches in my book today, even if I do think his “I’ll take the bad meal” plan was all self-serving. (no way in hell did he do that solely to make up for being Jamie) So, anyway, Jeff says, “Anyone find the idol and wanna use it now, speak up.”
Dudd didn’t have it…that much was obvious. He’s TSTL…he would’ve shouted it out to the world the moment he found it. The cameras pan to the tribe…everyone’s looking around…and then Gary smiled…stood…and handed Jeff the idol.
The game changed…and for a brief moment of bliss…I thought Steph was gonna go home. She should’ve gone home–Bobby Jon told them she’s a maneater.
But no. It was Bobby Jon.
It was sad. TV has sucked the big one this week.

How ’bout Gary voting for Cinday?? What was that about???

I was glad Gary found the idol but I wished it would have been Steph to go too. Like you, after last week, I’m not rooting for her anymore.

I was so bummed to see BJ go. Steph has gotten on my nerves all season. She’s whined and whined about being with the losers, and in the end her losers are the winners. What does she want? That they should have won ALL the challenges? If she says OH MY GOD one more time I’m gonna puke.
As for Jamie, I’ve come to the obvious conclusion that he’s just extremely immature. He’s not smart enough to think about trying to boost his place in the tribe with the “I’ll take the worst meal” trick. I think that was an honest gesture because he felt really bad. All this crap comes out of his mouth because he can’t handle his ‘tosterone. He’s clueless.
Gary, on the other hand, has the advantage of age and wisdom. Gary doesn’t say or do anything without thinking it through. It’s like watching 2 ends of the spectrum with Gary and Jamie.
I think Danni is in big danger next week. Gary needs to pull off an alliance with Rafe and Cindy and Lydia. He needs to call in a favor with Lydia. He helped save her butt on episode 2 and she needs to remember that.

Steph should’ve gone. I am so tired of her whining, her facade, and her OMG. Shuttup Steph.
Dammit, on the BobbyJon issue. I liked him.
Maria is right about Jamie, he is immature. His behaviorisms remind me of my nephew who has ADHD/ADD. Jamie gets underneath my skin.
